Green Villa B&B is located in Hualien City, 2.4 km from Pine Garden. Free WiFi is covered throughout the setting.
Every room is fitted with a flat-screen TV. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. Every room comes with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Green Villa B&B features free WiFi throughout the property.
To explore the area, you may avail of free bike rental service (limited bikes). Alternatively, a one-day trip accompanied with a local guide and a driver sounds nice. Other outdoor activities can be arranged, including whale watching, paragliding, river trekking, firefly watching, shrimp catching and boating. Extras include ticketing and free self-serviced laundry.
Free breakfast is offered each morning. For your convenience, vegetarian dishes can be arranged for guests in need.

針對救國團批明天的聽證會資訊不對等，不當黨產處理委員會發言人施錦芳23日表示，聽證會只是調查的一環，「希望救國團不要太緊張」，而整個調查仍在持續進行，歡迎救國團或國民黨能提出說明或事證，以協助釐清事實。
黨產會明天將針對救國團是否為國民黨附隨組織舉辦聽證會，不過救國團今天卻召開記者會，痛批黨產會對救國團早有預設立，明天是一個「資訊不對等」的聽證會。
對此，施錦芳表示，黨產會要舉行聽證會的消息不是最近才發出，透過媒體或各方面都有揭露。「聽證只是調查程序的一環」，現階段有必要透過聽證程序，讓整個事件在某一個程度聚焦。
她指出，如果明天舉行的聽證會上，救國團或國民黨若對聽證報告有意見，歡迎提出說明，若有事證更好，也會有利後續對此案件的處分跟認定。
施錦芳說，救國團從成立到現在經過幾個階段，組織也經過幾次改變，每一階段都需要做釐清。若明天聽證結束還有需要補充，黨產會非常樂意、也不排除再辦理聽證，釐清相關問題。
針對委員是否有預設立場，施錦芳表示，這次聽證會希望開放讓社會大眾了解，聽證報告也會在網路公開，會議同時開放網上直播，每一位委員在聽證會的發言都可受社會檢驗。
她說，聽證報告內容清楚也具體，所有事證引述都有依據。這次聽證重點放在救國團歷史，「希望救國團不用太緊張」，透過聽證會把事情釐清，對未來黨產會做任何處置都會有幫助。

獨資持有樂風股權、同時也是《風傳媒》創辦人的張果軍表示，網路興起徹底改變了媒體的經營環境，但《新新聞》發刊詞「自由報業宣言」所宣示的：「民主的土壤仍待灌溉，社會的脈動亟需呼應，理性的空間尤須開創，媒體的功能更應充實」是不變的。
《新新聞》創刊於1987年3月12日，在台灣社會戒嚴時期下創刊，可說是「台灣民主開放第一聲」，不過由於《新新聞》只有周刊存在邁入網路時代後逐漸沒落，如今加入以網路經營為主的《風傳媒》，結合影音與深度報導，對雙方來說都是雙贏的局面。
張果軍說，合併後三家經營團隊都不會變動，維持獨立運作，不過往後會有更多交流的機會。
